San Agustin (Romblon)

San Agustin is a Philippine municipality in the province of Romblon in the Administrative Region IV -B, Mimaropa. It has 22.116 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 15 barangays. It is classified as the fourth income class municipality in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

San Agustin is located in the northeast of the island of Tablas on the coast of Sibuyan Sea. The topography of the municipality is characterized by flat undulating terrain. Your neighboring municipalities are Calatrava in the northwest, Odiongan in the Southwest, San Andres in the West, Santa Maria in the south.

In the township the School of Agro -Forestry of Romblon State University is located.
