The Sandridge Township is one of 16 townships in Jackson County in the southwest of the U.S. state of Illinois. In 2010 had the Sandridge Township 816 inhabitants.
Geography
The Sandridge Township is located less than one kilometer east of the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Missouri. The mouth of the Ohio at the intersection of the states of Illinois, Missouri and Kentucky is located around 100 km south.
