Sebastian Osterloh

Sebastian Osterloh ( born February 20, 1983 in Kaufbeuren ) is a German professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the Straubing Tigers in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. In addition, since the Ice Hockey World Championship 2007, he plays in the German national team.

Career

In the season 1999/ 00 Osterloh began his career in the ranks of Cologne young sharks in the Regionalliga. The young sharks of the defenders remained four years, where he played in his last season with the team in the DNL. For the 2001/02 season Osterloh moved to SC central Rhine - Neuwied in the league, where he remained for two years before he signed a contract with the Straubing Tigers of the 2nd Bundesliga signed in the season 2003/ 04.

Since the season 2004/ 05 Sebastian Osterloh playing in the German Ice Hockey League, where he first was a season for the Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg on the ice. Since Wolfsburg missed the play-offs, completed the links contactors in the same season season again seven games for his old club Straubing Tigers in the 2nd Bundesliga. The next DEL station Osterloh were the Kassel Huskies, before he went after their relegation to the Frankfurt Lions, with whom he reached the semifinals of DEL in the 2007/ 08 season. In November 2010, the Straubing Tigers extended his contract by two years until 2013. During his first season in Straubing Osterloh only played 15 season games since he playing in Munich drew upon a torn ACL on 21 November 2010.
