Shock Records

Shock Records is Australia's largest independent label. The label helps in sales of overseas releases from labels such as Epitaph Records, as well as from smaller labels such as Cement Records. Shock Records was founded in 1988 by David Williams, Frank Falvo and Andrew McGhee. With the label published, distributed and exported it records. All three previously worked already in the sale or distribution in the music industry. Williams worked for a company called Musicland in Melbourne, Falvo worked for Exposure Records and McGhee for Greville Records. Shock Exports is the name of the export department of Shock Records.
