Sonoma Coast AVA

Sonoma Coast AVA ( recognized since 11 June 1987) is an American Viticultural Area in the U.S. state of California. The area is located in the western, coastal part of the administrative area of ​​Sonoma County. The area extends from the Bay of San Pablo in the south to the border of Mendocino County in the north. Compared to other AVAs of Sonoma County, the Sonoma Coast is the coolest and wettest area.
