Synchronized swimming at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Women's duet
The duet synchronized swimming at the 2012 Olympics in London was held from 5th to 7th August 2012 at the London Aquatics Centre. 48 athletes who made 24 duets, took part.
The qualifications included a technology program and a free freestyle. The ratings were added to the 12 best duets made it to the finals. In the final, a free freestyle was swum. At the Kürwertung the technology rating was added from the qualification.

The finale brought the fourth Russian Olympic victory in the duet in a row. The Chinese duet swam the first medal for China in this discipline. For the first time no Japanese duet was represented on the podium.
