Tamás Pál Kiss

Tamás Pál Kiss (born 19 May 1991, Miskolc ) is a Hungarian race car driver. He joined in 2011 and 2012 in the GP3 Series.

Career

Pál Kiss began his motorsport career in karting in 2000, where he was active until 2007. Among other things, Pál Kiss three times Hungarian Kart champion and 2005 runner-up in the Central European ICA Junior Karting Championship. In 2007, he also gave his Formula racing debut in the Hungarian E-2000 Championship. After eighth place in the first season 2008 he was third in this series. He also competed in the Swiss Formula Renault, in which he finished in 14th place overall.

2009 saw Pál Kiss in the British Formula Renault, in which he took for the Hitech Junior Team. With two seventh places for the best results completed Pál Kiss the season in 13th place starting in the drivers' standings. 2010 remained Pál Kiss at his team, which had renamed Atech Grand Prix, and denied his second season in the British Formula Renault. Pál Kiss won three races, including the season opener, and was a total of eight times on the podium. The season he finished as the best pilot of his team in third place in the championship. He also appeared as a guest to two races of the Formula Renault 2.0 at Euro Cup.

2011 Pál Kiss went for Tech 1 Racing in the GP3 Series at the start. With a win, he finished the season from 16th place in the driver standings. In 2012 he moved within the GP3 series with Atech CRS Grand Prix. Pál Kiss scored a second place as best result and improved to the twelfth place overall. His teammates he left far behind. Following the GP3 season Pál Kiss participated in two events of the Formula Renault 3.5 for BVM Target.
