Tébessa Province

The Tébessa (Arabic ولاية تبسة, DMG Wilāyat Tibissa ) Province is a province ( wilaya ) in the far east of Algeria.

The province is located on the Tunisian border and covers an area of ​​14,207 km2.

Around 637,000 people ( 2006 estimate ) live in the province, the population density is thus about 45 inhabitants per square kilometer.

The provincial capital is Tébessa.
