The Trilogie – Three Journeyes Through the Norwegian Netherworlde

The Trilogy - Three Journeyes Through the Norwegian Netherworlde is a compilation of Norwegian band Ulver. It contains their first three studio albums and appeared in 1997 on Century Media.

Creation and publication

The Picture Disc Boxset gathered Ulvers trilogy on the " sinister aspects of Norwegian folklore ," the stylistically from Neofolk ( Kveldssanger ) via folk -influenced and melodic Black Metal ( Bergtatt ) extends to raw and original Black Metal ( Nattens Madrigal ). Century Media, which had already published Nattens Madrigal, brought The trilogy on three LPs in slipcase with booklet and posters on the market. The box set was limited to 1000 pieces.
