Tubize (Dutch Tubeke ) is a municipality in the Belgian province of Walloon Brabant. It consists of four districts Tubize Clabecq, Oisquercq and Saintes. 1978 Tubize received the European Prize.

Parish council

The municipal council ( Conseil Communal ) has 27 members, out of him the Collège with the mayor and six aldermen ( Echevins ) is formed.

Twinning

Tubize has three existing twinning: since 1964 with Korntal in Germany and Mirande in France and since 1974 with Scandiano in Italy.

Sports

The AFC Tubize is a football club from Tubize, in the 2008/ 09 season in the top Belgian League, First Division, played.
