2010 Swedish football Division 1

The Division 1 2010 was the fifth season of the third-tier Swedish football league Division 1 Season two winner Västerås SK and IFK Värnamo up at season's end directly into the Superettan on. The respective runner- IK Sirius and Qviding FIF took part in relegation matches, but both lost. In February 2011, the second division Örgryte IS filed for bankruptcy. The club was demoted to the third division and replaced by Qviding FIF as best losers in the relegation games.

The three last-place teams in the respective squadrons dismounted in the Division 2. This was in the north Carlstad United BK, Östersund FK and Arameiska / Syrianska Botkyrka IF, Västra Frölunda IF in the south, Torslanda IK and league newcomer Ytterby IS had to play the course in the Viertklassigkeit.
