2012–13 Fußball-Regionalliga
The 2012/13 season the League Bavaria was the fifth season of the Football Regionalliga as the fourth- highest division, and the first of the League Bavaria in Germany. By an act concluded leagues reform, there are no longer three seasons of a Regional, but five equal leagues of five associations in the 2012/13 season. Therefore, the League now fixed allocation of teams stirred depending on membership in associations. The sponsorship of the leagues has gone by the DFB on the regional and national associations. The clubs in the Regionalliga no longer receive TV revenue. An originally planned upper limit of a maximum of seven teams in the second DFL - clubs was rejected by the regional associations. Second teams of clubs in the league are allowed to play a maximum of 3 in the fifth division (Oberliga ), third teams generally have well not climb right to the Regional.
Under the Regional League Bayern is extended to two seasons.
The champion secured the second team of the TSV 1860 Munich with 80 points, seven points ahead of the second team of FC Bayern Munich. The unofficial title of Autumn Master of FV Illertissen had secured with 38 points. Through the champion, Munich qualified for the ascent to the 3rd league games in which they failed in two games at the southwest representative and runner- SV Elversberg. The title of the Bavarian amateur champion for the top ranked club that was not a second team of a professional association, won the third place FV Illertissen, which at the same time qualified for the first round of the DFB Cup of the season 2013/14.
The relegation zone occupied the SC Eltersdorf, FC Ismaning and VfL Frohnlach. The second team of FC Augsburg and SpVgg Bayern Hof secured in the relegation round of the fate in the Regionalliga with the two representatives of the Bavarian League later in the league.
From the Bavarian League 1.FC Schweinfurt rose 05 as a master of Season North and the SV Schalding- Heining as a master of Season on South. In the relegation round of the TSV Großbardorf and the BC Aichach had failed at the regional league.

- The nine top-ranked candidates from the Bavarian League 2011/12: TSV 1860 Rosenheim, SpVgg Bayern Hof, SC Eltersdorf, TSV book Bach, TSV Rain am Lech, SV Seligenporten, VfL Frohnlach, FC Eintracht Bamberg, FC Ismaning
- The winners of the relegation where clubs who finished in the Bavarian League place 10 to 15 or 1 to 2 place in the national league participated: SV Heimstetten, Würzburg Kickers, FC Augsburg II
- Clubs that are located in the Free State of Bavaria, and other associations belonged in their league at least reached Rank 9: FV Illertissen ( Baden- Württemberg), Viktoria Aschaffenburg (Hessen)
