Altmärkische Höhe

Altmärkische height is a kreisangehorige municipality in the district of Stendal in Saxony- Anhalt, which was formed on 1 January 2010 from the formerly independent communities Boock, Bretsch, Gagel, Heiligenfelde, Kossebau, Losse and Lückstedt. It was named after the Altmark height, a low ridge which separates the basins of the rivers Jeetze and tuck / Aland.

The community Altmärkische height belongs to the municipality of Seehausen ( Altmark).
