Athletes in Action/Bart Starr Award

The Bart Starr Award or Athletes in Action Award is awarded annually to an American football player in the NFL. The price is reminiscent of Bart Starr, a former player of the Green Bay Packers and a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Suffrage

Is selected, the player is noticed by its exceptional character in the previous game year. He must have been found to be a leading player, but also as a family man, a role model. In addition, the player must have been particularly active excelled within his social environment and his community.

Nominations can all press spokesman of the individual NFL teams, former winners, make the Christian organization Athletes in Action Bart Starr and myself. The election shall be at the same time as the election to the Pro Bowl instead. The winner will be honored at a meeting on the occasion of the Super Bowl.

Winner

Eugene Robinson won the 1999 price. He had, however, the price return, as he had approached a police officer hides used as a prostitute on the day of the award ceremony.
