This wide valley forms the eastern boundary of the mountain group.

Mountains and glaciers

The Pajiu group forms the western corner of the Baltoro Muztagh. It is bordered on the south by the Braldu, the outflow of the Baltoro Glacier, and to the west by the Panmah Glacier and its drainage to Braldu. North of the Pajiu group of Chiring - Getscher flows east to Nobande - Sobande - Gltescher, the eastern arm of the Panmah Glacier. Between Chiring Glacier and SARPO - Laggo Glacier on the northeast side is the Western Muztagh Pass, which marks the boundary of the two main chains Panmah Muztagh on the north and Baltoro Muztagh in the south.

At the PAIJU group close to other mountain ranges, which are separated by north-south flowing tributary glaciers of Baltoro glacier. The Trango Glacier is between PAIJU and Trango Group. To the east of the Dunge Glacier and Biale ( 6772 m ) and the Muztagh Glacier follow at the northern end of the Eastern Muztagh Pass offers a possible transition to SARPO - Laggo Glacier. The Muztagh Tower ( 7276 m) lies between Muztagh and Biange Glacier. East of Biange Glacier to the mountains of Savio group with the Skil Brum ( 7410 m). Northeast of this group is the highest mountain in the whole of the Karakorum K2. In the northwest of the K2 and thus not on the Karakorum main ridge lie the mountains of Chongtar group. In the northeast of the K2 Skyang Kangri is ( 7545 m), which is the cornerstone of the Baltoro Muztagh northeastern. The chain turns south. This is followed by the Broad Peak ( 8051 m) and the other mountains of the Gasherbrum group. At the Urdok comb, the southeast ridge of Gasherbrum I, the Sia Kangri closes as southeastern end point of the Baltoro Muztagh -. Because the southeast side of the Sia Kangri nourishes the Siachen glacier, the mountain was also counted the Siachen Muztagh.

At Sia Kangri Baltoro Muztagh which is connected with three other mountain ranges of Karakorum. North of the Sia Kangri is the Indira Col, on the eastern side of the main chain of the Karakorum in the Siachen Muztagh is continued. To the west of Conway saddle between Sia Kangri and Baltoro Kangri, one of the Masherbrum Mountains lies. The Sia La in the south of Sia Kangri connects the Saltoro Mountains Baltoro Muztagh with. Between Sia La and Conway Saddle is the accumulation area of the glacier Kondus. Meanwhile valley separates the Saltoro - of - the Masherbrum mountains. Both chains belong to the so-called small Karakorum.

Between Broad Peak in the southeast and K2 and Savioa group in the north and west of the Godwin - Austen Glacier flows to the south, which goes down to the Place de la Concorde with the coming of the South Upper Baltoro Glacier to the Baltoro glacier. The Upper Baltoro glacier and its southeasterly inflow, the Abruzzi Glacier, disconnect the mountains of the Gasherbrum group of the Masherbrum Mountains. On the north side of the Baltoro Muztagh flows east of SARPO - Laggo Glacier K2 glacier of this mountain from the north. Its drainage flows into the drain of the SARPO - Laggo and finally in the Shaksgam River.
