Bjørn Tidmand

Bjørn Tidmand (born 24 January 1940 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish pop singer.

At an early age Tidmand sang in a youth choir, later he appeared in the Danish clubs and nightspots. His participation in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 1963 ended with the second place. A year later he was able to walk away as the winner in this competition. Therefore, he was allowed to compete in his hometown of Grand Prix Euro Vision 1964. Dig with the hit Sang om he placed ninth.

Tidmand was time outlasting active musically.
