Boretto

Boretto is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 5402 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Reggio Emilia in Emilia -Romagna. The municipality is situated approximately 18 kilometers north-northwest of Reggio Emilia at the bottom. Boretto is immediately adjacent to the province of Mantua ( Lombardy ).

Traffic

Through the community, Main Road 62Var della Cisa leads from Sarzana to Verona. The station is served by trains from Boretto on the route from Parma to Suzzara. The earlier route of Reggio Emilia after Boretto is shut down since 1955.
