The Brunei dollar ( in Malay: ringgit) is the currency of Brunei.

It is pegged to the Singapore dollar at a ratio of 1:1. The Singapore dollar is accepted in Brunei as a means of payment.

Brunei has no central bank. The cash supply is part of the tasks of the Ministry of Finance of Brunei.
