The Lebanese Pound is the currency of Lebanon.

Banknotes exist in 14 denominations: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 5000, 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000 pounds

Coins in denominations of 5, 10, 25 and 50 piastres, and 1, issued 50, 100, 250 and 500 pounds

Only banknotes worth 1000 pounds or more and coins in denominations of 50 pounds and more are still in use today. The Lebanese pound is bound since the wartime inflation for some years now fixed to the U.S. dollar.
