Cayman Islands at the 1996 Summer Olympics

The Cayman Islands participated in the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta for the fifth time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of nine athletes, eight men and one woman. They launched in seven competitions in three sports. Youngest participant was the athlete Cydonie Mothersill at 18 years and 130 days, the oldest was the sailor Mark Clark with 45 years and 295 days. During the opening ceremony on 19 July 1996 was Carson Ebanks, who also started in sailing, the flag of the Cayman Islands in the Olympic Stadium.
