Celles is a Belgian municipality in the Walloon Region with 5553 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012). It lies on the eastern bank of the Scheldt and is next to the main town of the districts Escanaffles, Molenbaix, Popuelles, Pottes and Velaines.

Tournai is located 12 kilometers (km ) southwest, Kortrijk 18 km north-west of Brussels and about 65 km northeast.

The next highway exits are located at Tournai on the A 16 / E 42 and Estaimpuis on the A 17 Inter alia, in Ronse, Tournai and Kortrijk are the next regional stations. The airports of Lille and Kortrijk are the closest regional airports and the Brussels National Airport near the capital, is an international airport.
