Dominik Kraihamer
Dominik Kraihamer ( born November 29, 1989 in Mattsee ) is an Austrian race car driver. He will start in 2012 in the FIA World Endurance Championship ( WEC).
Career
His first experience in a kart at the age of 13 made Kraihamer years when he accompanied his father to a go-kart track and there tried a kart. Kraihamer began his motorsport career in 2004 in karting, where he was active until 2008. In 2007 he graduated from test drives in Formula BMW, but decided against a career in Formula racing. Instead, joined Kraihamer 2008 in the GT racing and drove in the FIA GT3 European Championship a Lamborghini Gallardo of S -Berg Racing. He had no points.
2009 saw Kraihamer in endurance racing and entered for Boutsen Energy Racing in the Formula Le Mans. Unlike the name suggests, it was not a Formula racing car series, but a racing category with Le Mans prototypes. He finished a race on the podium three times and drove the fastest lap. In the overall standings he was 13th in 2010 was the Formula Le Mans part of the Le Mans Series. Kraihamer launched for Boutsen Energy Racing continues.
