Frédéric Belaubre

Fred ( Frédéric ) Belaubre ( born February 14, 1980 in Poissy ) is a French professional triathlete, three times European Champion (2005, 2006, 2008 ), double Olympic athlete and member of the national team.

Career

In 1999, at age 19, Fred Belaubre began to take part in ITU competitions and was equal to a year later, Junior World Champion. Since 2001 Belaubre occurs as a professional on only in the elite class. Since then it is one unbroken to medal winners in ITU competitions and other national and international triathlons. In April 2011, he opened the new season with two European Cup silver medals.

Frédéric Belaubre was European champion in 2005, 2006 and 2008. 2007 and 2010 he was a French national champion. At the Olympic Games in Athens (2004 ) and Beijing (2008 ), he was fifth or tenth. At the World Championships in Lausanne in 2006, he was third.

Fred Belaubre lives in Saint- Raphaël and trained in neighboring boulouris.
