Furbaz

Furbaz is a Swiss singing group and participants in the Euro Vision Song Contest 1989.

The group was founded in 1983 in Disentis in the canton of Grisons, playing hit in Romansh. From 1987, the group tried to place themselves at the Euro Vision Song Contest three times. 1989 succeeded, and the group appeared in the city of Lausanne, as a year earlier Celine Dion brought victory in Switzerland. Your pop Viver senza tei (English: Without you live ) landed on the 13th of 22 seats. The title was the first and only Euro Visions contribution in Romansh.

After a long break in the 1990s, the band reformed in 2004 and recorded a Christmas album. Two more followed, as the group presented its focus increasingly on Christmas music.
