Egon Egemann

Egon Egemann (* 1963 in Graz as Egon Lackner ) is a violinist, singer, composer and music producer.

After studying at the Johann -Joseph- Fux Conservatory in Graz majoring in violin, he worked as a violinist in the pop group then little-known The Paldauer. In 1985, the LP A song for you from The Paldauer & Egon Egemann. After that he went for a short time the Berklee College of Music in Boston / USA. Back in Europe, he moved to Switzerland and played in the big band of the Swiss radio DRS and produced and composed for other artists in his own studio.

As the winner of the Swiss preliminary decision, he took the pop music sounds partially in Zagreb for Switzerland at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1990 in the world beyond. He holds eleventh place.

Together with his two violin - playing children in 2003 founded the Celtic rock group Two Generations. Since 2004 he plays in the Gypsy-Jazz/Rock-Band Mad Manoush which was previously heard on the international world music festivals.
