Ivan Urgant

Ivan Andreyevich Urgant (Russian: Иван Андреевич Ургант; born April 16, 1978 in Leningrad ) is a Russian television presenter, actor and musician.

Ivan Urgant grew up in a family of actors. Since 1999 he has worked as a presenter on Russian television. Larger fame he achieved from the year 2003, when he led the talent show Narodniy Artist of the transmitter Perwy channel. From 2008 to 2012, he was a member of Prozhektorperiskhilton, the Russian counterpart to 7 days, 7 heads.

Together with the singer Alsou, he hosted the final of the Euro Vision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow. Since April 2012, he has his own daily late-night show called Wetschernij Urgant ( nightly Urgant ) at Perwy channel.

Urgant is remarried and has a daughter. He lives in Moscow.
