Jämtland

Jamtland is a historical province ( landskap Swedish ) in Sweden.

Geography

The province is bordered on the west by Norway, Lapland in the north, to the east and to the south by Ångermanland Härjedalen and Medelpad. On its territory lies the modern province of Jämtland County. Jämtland is the second largest province in Sweden.
