Jeff Green (basketball)
Jeffrey Lynn Green ( born August 28, 1986 in Cheverly, Maryland ) is an American professional basketball player. Since 2011 he plays as a small forward for the Boston Celtics. Before he had registered for the NBA Draft in 2007, he played for the Georgetown University in the NCAA.
Jeff Green was born in Cheverly, the son of Jeffrey Green Sr. and Felicia Akingube. He attended Northwestern High School in Hyattsville, Maryland. Green could his school team, the NHS Wildcats, in 2004 lead to the Championship.
