John Peers

John Peers (born 25 July 1988) is an Australian tennis player.

Career

Peers played in the years 2011 and 2012, mainly on the ITF Futures Tour and the ATP Challenger Tour in doubles with various partners. With his compatriot John - Patrick Smith, he has already won five titles on the Challenger Tour. Since the 2013 season, he is also reported regularly in tournaments on the ATP World Tour. He has played in tournaments in Brisbane, the Australian Open and in Montpellier. At the Australian Open he made it with his partner in the second round after the seeded Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin eight Duo Matkowski defeated in the first round. On April 14, he won jointly with Jamie Murray his first World Tour event in Houston. In the final, she defeated the world number one Bob and Mike Bryan.
