Junkers K 43

The Junkers K 43 was built as a military variant of the cargo plane Junkers W 34 of the German manufacturer Junkers end of the 1920s. In naming only the order of the digits of the model designation was filmed.

History

The Junkers K was conceptualized 43 as a photo reconnaissance and light bomber. It was produced in the Junkers - branch plant Limhamn in Sweden, which thus could offer a more civil aircraft adaptation for military uses. Around 20 of these machines have been exported to South America. Foreign buyers were Argentina, Colombia, Finland and Portugal. The machines used in Colombia bore the names Junkers K 43 K 43 Junkers and do fy due to their engine modifications. Machines for Finland were as Junkers K 43 and fa denotes the aircraft for Portugal also as Junkers K 43 fy.
