The Kawasaki ZZR 1400 ABS is a sport touring motorcycle category of the Japanese manufacturer Kawasaki. It is sold on the American market as a Ninja ZX -14.
Kawasaki developed with the introduced on the German market from mid- 2006 ZZR 1400 the then most powerful production motorcycle in Sports Tourer range. She takes over from the ZX -12R and ZZ -R 1200.
For an eye-catching design of the ZZR the quad headlights and the Luftleitfinnen help 1400 ABS among others, on the side of the fairing. The central Ram Air intake air to a peak power of 149.5 kW care (203 hp) at top speed according to factory specification ( Brochure 2010 ).
