Kimiyo Matsuzaki

Kimiyo Matsuzaki (Japanese松崎 キミ 代, Matsuzaki Kimiyo; born June 18, 1938 in Takase (now Mitoyo ), Kagawa Prefecture) was a Japanese table tennis player. The late 1950s and early 1960s, she was one of the most successful table tennis players and won a total of seven world titles. In the world rankings in 1960, she took first place. Kimiyo Matsuzaki played with the Japanese penholder grip.

Matsuzaki 1997 was inducted into the ITTF Hall of Fame.

She worked in the textile industry. Since her marriage ( before May 1965) it is called Kimiyo Kurimoto (栗本 キミ 代).
