Kwadwo Asamoah ( born December 9, 1988 in Accra ) is a Ghanaian football player.
He stands at the Italian giants Juventus under contract. In 2008, he finished with the Ghanaian national team to third place in the African Nations Cup.
Career
Kwadwo Asamoah began his career at Deportivo FC, a club from Mampong in the Ashanti Region. In 2006, he was then promoted by Alhaji Sly Tetteh, who brought him to the Liberty Professionals from the Ghana Premier League. In 2007, he was next winner Kweku Essien and Alhaji Sanni one of three nominees for the award " Best Player of the season".
Asamoah was appointed in 2008 by Claude Le Roy in the banns of Ghana for the African Nations Cup 2008. He came during the tournament in third place match against the Ivory Coast shortly before the end to use and gave his début in the Ghanaian national team. Previously, he was already in the Olympic team (U -23) during qualifying for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games to use and was in the squad of A- national team at the Four Nations Tournament in Ghana in November 2007.
After the Africa Cup of Nations 2008 Kwadwo Asamoah has been committed by the Swiss club AC Bellinzona, due to problems with the residence but valid for a half a year to the Italian first division club FC Turin, without that he came there to use. For the 2008/09 season he was again awarded to Italy Udinese Calcio, who committed him to the end of the season on. In the following three seasons was the midfielder strain force in the Friulen and completed a total of 114 Seria -A- games in which he scored eight goals. With the Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa Asamoah completed three games for Ghana and failed in the quarter-finals on penalties to Uruguay.
On 2 July 2012, the Italian giants Juventus bought for nine million euros half of his transfer rights and obliged him with it. On 11 August 2012, Kwadwo Asamoah scored on his competitive debut in the Supercup final against SSC Napoli at first a hit and helped the Juve so the 4-2 victory after extra time.
