Mae Phrik District

Amphoe Mae phrik ( Thai อำเภอ แม่พริก ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the southern part of the province of Lampang. The Lampang Province is located in the northern region of Thailand.

Geography

Neighboring districts are ( from northeast clockwise): Amphoe Thoen the province of Lampang, Sam Ngao of Tak Province and Li Lamphun Province.

Management

The circle is divided into four subdistricts (tambon ), which are divided further into 27 villages ( Muban ).

There are two small towns ( thesaban tambon) in the district:

  • Mae phrik consists of parts of the tambon same name.
  • Mae Pu consists of the same whole tambon.

There are also two " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
