Maria Canins

Maria Canin ( born June 4, 1949 in Star, Abbey ) is a former Italian cyclist, cross-country skier, mountain biker and world cycling champion.

Maria Canin is a sporting exception with their successes and their versatility. From 1969 to 1981 it operated successfully cross-country skiing, so they won, inter alia, 15 national titles and 1985 as the first Italian to Swedish Vasaloppet. Ten times in a row, from 1979 to 1988, she won the Italian cross-country skiing marathon Marcialonga for themselves.
