Matthijs Büchli

Matthijs Büchli ( born December 13, 1992, Haarlem ) is a Dutch racing cyclist.

2007 Matthijs Büchli Dutch youth champion in Omnium. The following year, he won two national junior title in 1000 -meter time trial and sprint. In 2010 he occupied at the Dutch Junior Championship in the Omnium second place.

From 2011 started Büchli in the elite class, in the time trial, he finished second in the Keirin and third in the Dutch railway championships. At the Grand Prix Vienna, he came third in the Keirin and the team sprint, together with Hylke van Grieken and Rigard van Klooster. In the same occupation, the Dutch trio finished at the UEC - track European Championships in 2012 in Lithuania Panevėžys sixth. End of the same year he was Dutch champion in the sprint. In the course of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup 2012/2013 in Aguascalientes, he won the Keirin Competition and was also in the overall standings one. In 2013 he became the national champion in keirin.

2013 and 2014 he won at UCI Track World Championships, the bronze medal in the Keirin.
