Nezdřev

Nezdřev ( German Nedrew ) is a municipality with 117 inhabitants in the Czech Republic. It is located 12 kilometers west of Blatná and belongs to Okres Plzeň -jih. The land area is 311 ha

Geography

Hradiště is located 528 m above sea level. M. west of Hradišťský creek in a pond and hills in western Bohemia. In the north- west of the village of 559 m high is Holý vrch.

Neighboring towns are Polánka in the north, Hradiště in the northeast, Zahorčičky in the east, Bezděkov in the south, Nová Ves in the west and Řesanice in the northwest.

History

The first mention of Nezdřev dates from the year 1412.

Attractions

  • Chapel
  • Čertův hrad between Nezdřev and Nová Ves, a pile of boulders that the legend has passed after the devils out there to build a castle. Along the way is located on the pond a small chapel.
