Patrick Ehelechner

Patrick Marriage Lechner ( born September 23, 1984 in Rosenheim ) is a German professional ice hockey goaltender who stands since April 2012 at the Augsburger Panther of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga under contract.

Career

Marriage Lechner's career began in 1991 at the Sports Federation DJK Rosenheim. For the 2000/01 season the goalie moved to the Adler Mannheim, then he played with the Hannover Scorpions, where he entered at age 17 as the youngest start-up goalie in the history of the German Ice Hockey League. After being selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2003 by the San Jose Sharks in the fifth round as the 139th, Patrick Lechner marriage moved to Canada. There, the goalkeeper played for the Sudbury Wolves in the Canadian Junior Football League OHL. Beginning of the season 2005/ 06 returned Bayer in the DEL for the Adler Mannheim back, because he was there, but only used as a third goalkeeper, marriage Lechner joined in October 2005 for EV Duisburg. The North American rights to marriage Lechner secured in July 2006 in a swap with the Pittsburgh Penguins San Jose. In April 2007, his new employer, runner- Nürnberg Ice Tigers announced the commitment marriage Lechner.
