Pichichi Trophy
Pichichi is the trophy that will be the top scorer in the Spanish Primera División awarded. The origin of the player, as opposed to Trofeo Zarra, which is only awarded to Spanish players, no relevance. It is named after the nickname of Rafael Moreno Aranzadi, a famous striker Athletic Bilbao. The trophy is awarded annually by the sports newspaper Marca. The award was introduced for season 1952/53, was first honored Telmo Zarraonaindía.
