Rennerod

Rennerod is a city in the Westerwald district in Rhineland- Palatinate. It is the administrative center of the municipality Rennerod, to which it belongs. Rennerod is recognized as a basic center in accordance with state planning.

Geographical location

Rennerod was first documented as Reynderode in 1217th However, the foundation should go back to the Carolingian period.
