Rubin Rafael Okotie ( born June 6, 1987 in Karachi, Pakistan ) is an Austrian football player. He plays the position of striker at FK Austria Wien.

The son of an Austrian mother and a Nigerian father spent the first four years of life with his family in Barcelona. 1991 the family moved to Vienna via Okotie.

After he could not prevail in Nuremberg in the second half, he was awarded in August for the Belgian first division club VV St. Truiden. National

In July 2006, he reached with the Austrian U-19 selection in the semi-finals of the U-19 European Championship in Poland.
