Russi

Russi is a comune (municipality ) with 12,195 inhabitants ( as at 31 December 2012) in the province of Ravenna in the Italian region Emilia -Romagna. The community is located about 60 km east of Bologna and about 14 km to the southwest of Ravenna. The land size is 46.1 km ².

The municipality contains the Russi frazioni (subdivisions, especially villages and smaller towns) Godo, San Pancrazio, Cortina, Chiesuola, Pezzolo, Borgo Zampartino, Violetta and Borgo Borgo Testi Rasponi.

Russi borders the following municipalities: Bagnacavallo, Faenza, Forlì, Ravenna.
