San Lorenzo Department

The department of San Lorenzo is located in the southeast of the province of Santa Fe in the center of Argentina and is one of 19 administrative units in the province. It is part of the metropolitan area of Rosario.

It is bordered on the north by the departments Iriondo and San Jerónimo, on the east by the province of Entre Ríos and the Department of Rosario, on the south by the department of Constitución and to the west by the Departamento Caseros.

History
