Seloi Craic

Seloi Craic ( Seloi Kråik, German " sub - Seloi ") is an East Timorese Suco in the subdistrict Aileu (District Aileu ).

Geography

The Suco Seloi Craic is in the northwest of the subdistrict Aileu and has an area of ​​36.87 km ². To the south lie the Sucos Hoholau and Liurai and east of the Sucos Seloi Painting and Aissirimou. In the north Seloi Craic adjacent to the sub-district Laulara with its Sucos Madabeno, Tohumeta and Fatisi and to the west the district Ermera belonging Subdistrikte Railaco ( Sucos Samalete, Railaco Leten, Railaco Craic and Fatuquero ) and Ermera ( Suco Lauala ). Population

In Suco live 3,328 inhabitants (2010, 2004: 2,558 ). About 72 % of the population give Tetum Prasa as their native language. About 26 % speak Mambai and a minority Tetum Terik.

Policy

In the elections of 2004/2005 Manuel Quintão was elected Chefe de Suco. In the 2009 elections, José Domingos Pica won.
