Sestu

Sestu is a municipality in the Province of Cagliari in Sardinia with 20,044 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2012). It lies about 10 km from the capital Cagliari in the plain of Campidano. Sestu produces cereals (especially wheat ), vegetables and fruits (especially grapes).

The neighboring municipalities are Assemini, Cagliari, Elmas, Monserrato Monastir, San sperate, Selargius, Serdiana, Settimo San Pietro and Ussana.
