Speed skating at the Winter Olympics
Speed skating has been one of the first Winter Olympics in 1924 by going to the program of the Olympic Winter Games. Competitions for women, there is only since the Winter Games of 1960, after they were already discharged in 1932 as a demonstration.
At present there are six disciplines for men and women olympic. The most recent is the discipline from 2006 added Come at the Games team pursuit.
