Stefan Ridderwall

Stefan Ridder Wall ( born March 5, 1988 in Huddinge ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey goaltender who stood since 2011 when Timrå IK in the Elitserien under contract and will change in the 2013/14 season for Düsseldorf EG. His father Rolf was a famous ice hockey goaltender, his cousin Calle is also a professional hockey player.

Career

Stefan Ridder Wall began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of Djurgårdens IF, for the first team, he was from 2005 to 2011 in the Elitserien, the highest Swedish league, active. His biggest success was with the team reaching the vice-championship in the season 2009/10. In the 2007 /08 season he played in parallel with the game Operation with Djurgården in four games as Players out on loan for Almtuna and the Nyköping HC in the subprime HockeyAllsvenskan. For the 2011/12 season the goalkeeper Djurgårdens League rivals Timrå IK was committed, where he played for two years. For the 2013/14 season he moved to Germany to Dusseldorf EG.

Internationally

For Sweden Ridder Wall took part in the Under-18 Junior World Cup in 2006 and the U20 World Youth Championship 2008. In the 2008 U20 World Championships, he won the silver medal with his team.
