Takashi Kogure

Takashi Kogure (Japanese小 暮 卓 史, Takashi Kogure; born August 1, 1980 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese racing driver. He was 2002 Japanese Formula 3 champion and 2010 Masters of Super GT. He went from 2003 to 2011 in Formula Nippon at the start.

Career

Kogure began his motorsport career in karting in 1996 and remained active until 1998 in this sport. In 1999, he made ​​his Formula racing debut in the Japanese Formula Junior in 1600. 2000 he raced in the Japanese Formula Toyota and finished fifth. In 2001, he joined the Japanese Formula 3 Championship and ended his first season in eleventh place overall. 2002, it remained in the Japanese Formula 3 and won for Dome starting 11 of 20 races, which he secured the championship title against Paolo Montin. He also finished third at the prestigious Macau Grand Prix.

In 2003 he moved to Nakajima Racing in the Formula Nippon. With a second place as best result he finished tenth overall. In the overall standings, he was seventh.

2011 remained Kogure in Formula Nippon at Nakajima Racing. With a second place as best result he finished the season in seventh place in the drivers' standings. In the Super GT he reached together his teammate Duval third overall. The two won two races.
