Thyez

Thyez, partly written Thiez, is a village in Haute - Savoie department in the Rhône-Alpes region.

Geography

Thyez located at about 470 m above sea level. M., northwest of Cluses, some 32 km east-southeast of the city of Geneva (air line). The village is in the midst of the broad Arvetals, in the Savoy Alps, in Faucigny.

History
