Career
Babos, which began with the sport of tennis at the age of eight years, prefers to play on hard court or grass. As of 2009, she went in ITF tournaments at the start. Her first WTA tournament she played in 2010 in Budapest.
Her first WTA title she won in 2012 in Monterrey, Mexico. Along the way, they defeated the top-seeded players Sara Errani and Sorana Cîrstea. In the final, she kept against Alexandra Cadantu with 6:4 and 6:4 the upper hand. Thus, it was first performed in the top 100, ranked 68 in the world rankings.
When grass tournament of Birmingham Babos won her first WTA doubles title at the side of Hsieh Su- Wei of Taiwan. They defeated in the final of the top double Liezel Huber / Lisa Raymond in the condensed set of decision. This Babos also succeeded in a double jump into the top 100 ( # 81 ). By reaching the second round at Wimbledon - her best performance so far at a Grand Slam tournament - and at the WTA tournament in Cincinnati in August she climbed in the individual ranking to position 59
2013 Babos was in the first four months in a double equal to three times successfully. She won the WTA tournaments of Bogotá ( at the side of the Luxembourger Mandy Minella ), Monterrey ( with Kimiko Date - Krumm ) and Marrakech ( again with Mind Ella ) and improved with its hundredth victory in the double in the double world ranking at position 42 in August and September 2013, it was able to celebrate two more doubles titles.
With her seventh WTA title in January 2014 in Sydney on the side of Lucie Šafářová and their knockout round participation in the Australian Open she climbed in double ranking at No. 26, their new record.
